Beneath the depths of the land lays an empty desert, all you could hear was the sound of the cold wind blowing on the back of you neck. The blazing sun was shinning as a bright as a lightbulb in a dark room. The dusty dry sand bubbles up on the floor, the lakes and rivers dry out , there is no water left to drink

This is a great example of dystopian description – and you’re also showing you understand some of the more advanced grammar work we’ve been exploring in class (like fronted prepositions) . Nice work.
